Empowering Youth and Community Wellness in Adukrom (Eastern Region, Ghana)
On March 4th 2026, our Adukrom Community Outreach was a holistic initiative designed to bridge health education, menstrual hygiene support, and emotional well-being for students and the broader community in Adukrom, Eastern Region.
Through interactive workshops, practical hygiene demonstrations, resource donations, and open wellness dialogues, we empowered young girls and boys while providing vital health essentials to families. Featuring expert facilitation from the Country Director of the African Mental Health Matters Organization (Ghana), this project created a safe, supportive environment for learning, self-care, and community growth.
